Troubleshooting Guide

Common issues and how to fix them. If you cannot find a solution here, contact our support team.

Product Import Issues

URL not supported

You are trying to import from an unsupported platform.

Solution:

  • Ensure URL is from AliExpress, 1688, Taobao, or Alibaba
  • Copy the full product URL (including https://)
  • Remove any extra parameters or tracking codes

Product not found

The product URL is valid but the product no longer exists.

Solution:

  • Check if the product page still loads in your browser
  • The supplier may have removed the product - try a different product
  • Use a fresh URL copied directly from the supplier site

Import taking too long

Import is stuck or taking more than 5 minutes.

Solution:

  • Wait a few more minutes - some products have lots of variants
  • Refresh the page to check if it completed
  • If still stuck after 10 minutes, cancel and try again

Missing images or variants

Product imported but some images or variants are missing.

Solution:

  • Some supplier pages have incomplete data - this is normal
  • You can manually upload additional images after import
  • Try importing from a different supplier listing

AI Image Generation Issues

Generation failed

AI image generation stopped with an error.

Solution:

  • Ensure source image is clear and well-lit
  • Image must be at least 512x512px
  • Try a different source image
  • Wait a moment and try again - temporary API issues

Poor quality results

Generated images look blurry or wrong.

Solution:

  • Use higher resolution source images (1000x1000px+)
  • Ensure product is clearly visible in source image
  • Try different style settings (background, lighting)
  • Generate multiple variations and pick the best one

Monthly limit reached

You have used all your AI image credits for this month.

Solution:

  • Wait for your monthly reset (shown in dashboard)
  • Upgrade to PRO plan for 3x more images (30/month)
  • Use supplier images without AI enhancement

Account & Billing Issues

Cannot log in

Forgot password or account locked.

Solution:

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Check your spam folder for reset email
  • If no email arrives, contact support@velopage.io

Usage limits not resetting

Monthly limits should have reset but did not.

Solution:

  • Limits reset on the day you signed up each month
  • Check "Resets in X days" message in your dashboard
  • If reset date has passed, contact support

Payment declined

Unable to upgrade to PRO plan.

Solution:

  • Check your card details are correct
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact support@velopage.io for assistance

Want to cancel subscription

How to downgrade from PRO to FREE.

Solution:

  • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • You will keep PRO access until end of billing period
  • Or email support@velopage.io for immediate cancellation

Performance & Technical Issues

Dashboard loading slowly

Pages take a long time to load.

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection speed
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily

Page not loading / 500 error

White screen or server error message.

Solution:

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  • Wait 5 minutes and try again
  • Check status page for system outages
  • If persists, report to support@velopage.io
